Fat Reduction
The technology heats the subcutaneous fat layer to 43 degrees which will then cause apoptosis, a natural cell elimination.
Exilis delivers radiofrequency and ultrasound energy waves as heat below the surface of the skin, safely destroying fat cells, firming skin, and triggering collagen production.
Following a course of treatments, up to 45% of the fat cells within the treatment area are naturally metabolised out of your body.

Most patients describe the therapy's sensation as comparable to a hot stone massage. All patients will have a different level of tolerability to the heat and we will adjust it during the treatment to make it suitable. For the facelift treatment, many clients fall asleep.
What will it feel like?
How many treatments are recommended?
It depends on what package you pick, as we do the double protocol for single area packages which means only 2 sessions are required to complete, or we can do a couple areas via the extended treatment time to be done over 3 sessions. Packages with the standard treatment time are done over 4 sessions.
Some patients reach optimal results with that and some get 1-2 additional treatments to achieve maximum results. Or they get maintenance treatments every 2 months to keep their collagen level high. These treatments should ideally be spaced apart every 7 - 10 days. Results can be seen after only a few treatments, but some may not see results until 2 to 3 months after the final treatment is performed.
Pre & Post Care
- No makeup, oils, ointments, or moisturisers on treatment area.
- Drink extra water 3 days prior to your treatment for optimal results & comfort. Water & hydration is key to optimal results. It will also provide a more relaxing treatment as it'll feel warm instead of hot.
- Limit sun exposure. We can’t add heat to a sunburnt area.
- Exilis is contraindicated in patients with metal implants, pacemakers, or any active implanted device. Also not suitable for any woman pregnant or breastfeeding.
- No coffee the day of and no alcohol the day of or the day before.
- For Botox, please wait 3 weeks until you do your Exilis treatment. For filler please ask your provider how long until it can be exposed to strong heat.
- Wear comfortable clothing.
- We do work by appointment so please give us minimum 48hrs notice if you need to reschedule.
- Afterwards, you may experience heat, swelling, red dots, or itchiness in the area of treatment, this will all go away as the body cools back down.
Who is not suitable for an Exilis Treatment?
Exilis Ultra 360 is an advanced skin tightening treatment that is not suitable for everyone. It is important to understand the contraindications before considering this treatment. The following are contraindications for Exilis Ultra 360 skin tightening:
1. Patients with active cancer or a history of cancer should not use this treatment.
2. Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding should not use this treatment.
3. Patients with active infections, skin diseases, or open wounds should not use this treatment.
4. Patients who are taking blood-thinning medications or have a history of clotting disorders should not use this treatment.
5. Patients with a history of adverse reactions to laser treatments should not use this treatment.
6. Patients with metal implants or other medical devices near the treatment area should not use this treatment.
